High Roller Mechanism
The two ends of the high roller are equipped with two sliding shaft seats. After the roller is installed, it can open and close freely on the shaft seat. A pair of side plates with fan-shaped teeth are installed at both ends of the nylon support bar in the roller, and the driving fan-shaped tooth side plates and the driven fan-shaped tooth side plates are meshed in an incomplete gear transmission manner. During normal operation, the roller motor rotates forward to push the active fan-shaped tooth side plate and the driven fan-shaped tooth side plate to complete the meshing swing, and get stuck in the closed position of the roller mouth, and the inner screw and top rod of the roller slide relative to the nylon support bar, thereby driving The rollers rotate and wind down the fabric. When the roller needs to be opened, the roller motor reverses to push the active fan-shaped tooth side plate and the driven fan-shaped tooth side plate to complete the meshing swing, and get stuck at the opening limit of the roller mouth to complete the opening and closing movement of the roller mechanism.
