First, make a comprehensive inspection of the bottom plate to check whether the screw holes of the bottom plate are complete, the smoothness and matching accuracy of the slot holes are good, and the oil dirt, iron filings, etc. on both sides of the bottom plate and the slots are wiped clean, and check whether the circled triangle is active , There must be no sluggishness and shaking.
10. Yarn guide
The correctness of the installation of the yarn guide components is concentrated on the yarn feeding state after the yarn feeding bobbin is installed. Since the yarn feeding bobbin is a vulnerable part, it is often required to be ground or replaced. In addition, the bobbin screw is easy to loosen, so installing and adjusting the yarn feeding bobbin is still a regular maintenance work. According to the requirements of the yarn feeding needle angle and the yarn feeding loop angle, the installation of the bobbin should pay attention to three aspects: height, front and rear, left and right. When installing, pay attention to the installation from high to low, and do not damage the pin tongue. Generally, push up about 4 to 5 knitting needles on the front and back needle beds, in a cross state (97°), push the machine head to the corresponding position, install the shuttle, and observe whether the position of the shuttle mouth is at the intersection of the knitting needles In the middle, and whether the height is appropriate, make the shuttle mouth about 0.5 to 1.5mm away from the latch needle, and it is advisable not to touch the latch needle. Then observe whether the position of the bobbin in the needle crossing of the entire needle bed is consistent. If there is any deviation or jumping phenomenon, it should be corrected. At the same time, pay attention to adjust the feeding depth of the bobbin (commonly known as the number of needles), and the left and right back and forth should be consistent.
