1. The working principle of the base plate

The lifting mechanism of the base plate is shown in Figure 1. The torque reduction motor 2 drives the driven pulley 5 through the driving pulley 3 to rotate the propulsion shaft 1, and drives the timing belt through the driving pulley 4 to move linearly in the vertical direction. On the inner side of the left and right wall panels of the frame, a lifting slide rod 6 is respectively installed, and each of the slide rods 6 is provided with a lifting slide 7 which is connected to the bottom plate 8 while connected to the timing belt. Therefore, the starting board 8 can complete the upward or downward movement with the timing belt.
In the process of raising and lowering the bottom plate, the opening and closing of the cloth connecting plate can be completed by the cooperative action of the lifting slide 7 and the tension spring.
2.2 Lifting the bottom needle ejection mechanism
Figure 2 shows the needle ejection mechanism from the bottom plate. There are two lifting plates at both ends of the lifting plate. It is the bracket connecting the whole lifting plate and the lifting slide. The inner side of the bracket is equipped with a torque reduction motor. The eccentric wheel of the motor drives the swing rod 2 to reciprocate, and the swing rod 2 drives the lifting. The needle support plate makes a reciprocating linear motion. The upper end of the base plate is a base needle, which is fixed on the base plate by a plug iron. A base needle support plate is installed under the base needle. The number of slots on the inner side of the base needle support plate matches the number of base needles. The butt of the bottoming needle is lively embedded in the tooth groove of the bottoming needle support plate, and the bottoming needle butt is oscillated by supporting the bottom plate support plate left and right, so that the bottoming needle rotates around the riveting fulcrum of the bottoming needle sleeve to complete The opening and closing movement of the bottom needle.
Principle of action: The motor runs counterclockwise, the cam at the front of the motor pushes the swing lever to the left, the lifting needle support plate moves to the right, and the lifting needle opens; on the contrary, the lifting needle closes when it runs clockwise. At the same time, the signal wheel at the front of the motor works synchronously. A magnet is installed on the signal wheel, which can sense to open and close the two Hall switches to detect the rotation position of the motor. If the signal position is improper or damaged, other components on the signal are damaged or the motor machinery is damaged.
