Certain parts of the automatic knitting machine, such as the spindle support and sliding seat, must be maintained at an accurate distance between the sliding seat and the lower spindle knitting line after disassembly or replacement of new parts for reassembly. It is recommended to place a slide rack and the associated upper spindle on the slide turntable first, so that when the chin knitting thread is guided from the swing bar to the knitting point, it will not be caught or cut by the slide rack.
During coarse adjustment, put the spindle on the two adjacent outer spindle supports, and guide the braided wire to the braided point through the swing bar, and tighten it. When the weaving thread enters or exits from the notch on the slide turntable track, the distance to the edge of the upper slide carriage must be substantially equal.
The distance can be adjusted by changing the gear carrier forward or backward by one or several gears.
If the precise adjustment distance cannot be reached by moving one tooth, you can perform fine adjustment according to the following steps: Loosen the five fixing screws on the ring gear. Since the through hole is oval, moving the ring gear can achieve fine adjustment of the sliding frame. After adjusting in place, tighten the screws. Place the remaining sliding racks evenly on the sliding circular track. If the swing height of the braided wire is different after the new swing bar is installed, all swing bars should be adjusted to have the same stopping point.
